Purchase of:
- SDH communications equipment 6 equipments with all necessary interfaces,
- management system 1 duplicate system (hardware and software).
Requirement 1: bidders, third-party supporters and subcontractors must notto be found in the situations provided in art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.
The method of fulfillment: the DUAE will be completed in accordance with art. 202 para. (1) of Law 99/2016. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE will be presented, at the request of the contracting entity only to the tenderer ranked first in the first rankingthe intermediary drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the offers, are:
- certificates confirming the lack of outstanding debts, regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation,
- criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of rthe economic operator`s perspective or those with power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive act,
- as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator can benefit of the derogations provided in art. 179 para. (2), art. 180 paragraph (2), art. 184 of Law 99/2016 on procurementpublic schools,
- other supporting documents, as the case may be.
If in the country of origin or the country in which the bidder / supporting third party / subcontractor is established, no documents of the nature provided for above are issued or the respective documents do not cover all the situations provided in art. 177, 178 and 180, the contracting entity has the obligation to accept a declaration on its own responsibilityor if there is no legal provision in the respective country regarding the declaration on its own responsibility, an authentic statement given in front of a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association that has competence in this regard.
