The contract consists of a single functional lot in order to ensure the uniformity of the product to be supplied, characterized by a high technical standard and object of specific design, whose documentation is attached to the tender documents. This uniformity is essential for correct useo of the product and for the economic management of future maintenance activities.

Pursuant to art. 95 of the code, the contract will be awarded with the criterion of lower price for the following reasons: supply with standardized features. The product to be supplied has been specifically designed and meets the requirements of the contracting authority; therefore it is not possible to recordstand by the technical specifications provided in the tender documents. The impossibility to make changes also lies in the need to ensure complete uniformity of the new equipment with those already installed on the network and / or available in the warehouse.

Method of determining the consideration: offer at unit prices. art. 106, paragraph 11 of the code, yes rreserves the right to extend the duration of the contract for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures for the identification of a new contractor.

Method of payment: as better regulated in the contract scheme. art. 97 of the code.

Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Artigianato and Agriculture or in the register of the provincial commissions for handicrafts for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure.
