CPV Description: Communications control system.

Purchase of electronic surveillance devices. - Electronic monitoring equipment purchased (fixed electronic monitoring stations with identification and volume determination of alcohol in bulk air (200 units); mobile amortization (200 units); external mobile battery charging modules (200 units); special equipment for attaching and removing electrchronological monitoring devices (50 pcs.); software (1 pc); (5 units of a group of at least 20 people for each training).

Electronic monitoring tools:

(a) stationary electronic monitoring stations with identification and determination of alcohol content in airborne (200) pcs.);

b) mobil(200 pcs.);

c) external charging modules for mobile batteries (200 pcs.);

d) special equipment for attaching and removing electronic tracking devices (50 pcs.);

e) software (1 pc);

f) staff training for work with the system of electronic monitoring (5 units of a group of at least 20 people for each training).

The supplier must submit a completed European public procurement(hereinafter the EBRD) in accordance with the requirements set out in Article 50 of the Law on Public Procurement. The EBVDD is to be completed by uploading it to the European Commission's website at https://ec.europa.eu/tools/espdlang=en and, if completed and downloaded, is submitted with the proposal. The proposal must be submitted in the form of an EBVD in pdf format.

The Supplier has the right to engage in the activities required to complete the procurement contract (sPhenomenon-based security systems that ensure the continuity of objects, y person control over global positioning (GPS) systems, deployment and / or maintenance and technical support activities). The supplier must provide for this claim:

1) EBVDD;

2) Extended extract from the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania issued by the State Enterprise Center of Registers;a dental practice with a business certificate, business certificate, statutes or other documents confirming the right of the supplier to engage in the relevant activities, copies of the certificate of professional or activity manager, state-authorized institutions as established in the Member State where the supplier is registered or a declaration of oath attesting the supplier right to engage in relevant activities.
