The subject of a contract for the administration of public lighting in Vr-tky.

Main Site: Katastralne uzemie mesThe purpose of the contract is to carry out and finance the maintenance and repair of public lighting, which is the exclusive property of the town of Vr-tky as a contracting authority in order to achieve the required technical and administrative level and to improve the technical condition of the existing state of affairs, aiming to increase its efficiency, to reduce electricity consumption, Increasing the reliability and building of new parts of the public lighting system.

The scope of the bids specified in the Service Agreement, which is an integral part of these sub-documents, is more specific. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of some laws in the wording of Act no. 438/2015 Z. z., No. 315/2016 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act"). Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4, par. 5, - 152 para. 1 (entered in the list of economic subjects) or - 152, par. 3 of the Public Procurement Act

1.2 The entry in the list of economic entities is effective against any public contracting authority and the contracting authority and the information therein is not necessary in the procedures of the vereverification of verification. The contracting entity, when evaluating the fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status, verifies the entry of the economic entity in the list of economic subjects, if the applicant has not submitted the documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 or an equivalent entry or registration certificate pursuant to Section 152 3 Act on Public Procurement

1.3 Entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out according to the ver- The applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contracting Authority for a single European document in accordance with - 39 of the Act of Accession of the Czech Republic, of the Act on Public Procurement. The Applicant is considered as fulfilling the conditions for theestablishment under section 32 par. 1 letter. b) letter. c) the law on public procurement, if he has paid arrears or he has been allowed to pay arrears in installments.

The condition of part-time is determined in the light of the financial performance and the requirements for the subject of the contract, and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 33 and 38 The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contracting Authority for a single European document within the meaning of - 39 of the Public Procurement Act. The Applicant may prove financiallyand economic position to use the financial resources of another person in the sense of - 33 par. 2 of the Public Procurement Act

VI.3.4 In this procedure, the contracting authority sets out the procurement procedurein the Slovak language and announces that it applies the transitional provision on communication pursuant to - 187 par. 8 law on VO. - VI.3.5 The public contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the award procedure if circumstances arise under Section 57 (1). 1 and 2.

VI.3.6 Payments in connection with the part in the competition shall be borne by the applicants.

VI.3.7 In the case of a groupsuppliers all members of the group submit a power of attorney for one of the members of the group who will be entitled to receive instructions for all members of the group and act on behalf of all members of the group, signed by all members of the group or by the person / persons authorized to act on behalf of each member of the group. VI.3.8 A successful tenderer before signing a contract resulting from this procurement procedureshall be obliged: a) to use information for all subcontractors, to indicate the person authorized to act as a subcontractor within the scope of the name and surname, address of residence, date of birth in accordance with - 41 par. (B) to have in the register of final users the results of the recorded end-users in accordance with the VO Act; this duty also applies to the sub-divisionpursuant to Section 56 2 and 16 of the Act - If the applicant has succeeded within 10 working days from the date of expiry of the term pursuant to Section 56 (4) to (9) of the Act, if he / she has been summoned to conclude the contract / RD, do not submit the documents and / or documents referred to in this point, the successful tenderer or his subcontractors will not succeed according to - 56 par. 2 and 16 of the Act shall be entered in the register of final usersthe final beneficiaries will be in a position to comply with the law, the contracting authority will consider it not to provide proper performance and will proceed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the VO.
