A detailed description of the subject of the contract are:

- technical specifications annexes to the ToR: task 1,

- draft contract with attachments.

The condition will be met if the Contractor demonstrates that:

Has the authorization to perform specific activities or activities when submitting ana concession for the production, transmission and distribution of heat energy, pursuant to Art. 32 paragraph 1 point 1 lit. e, in accordance with the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2019 item 755) in connection with 46 paragraph 1 item 3 of the Act of 2 July 2004 on the freedom of economic activity (Journal of Laws of 2017 item 2168). If the Contractor is required to have a license pursuant to the above-mentioned provisionsto generate heat in sources with a total installed capacity not exceeding 5MW.

If the Contractor is not required to have a license within the meaning of the above-mentioned provisions, he should submit a relevant statement.
