5) According to the provisions of art. 193 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will accept in the offers of the DUAE (Single European Procurement Document), in place of the documents required for the demonstration of the qualification requirements, including exercise capacity, as a preliminary proof. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidders placed on the first three places in the interim ranking made at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. DUAE shall be submitted, as appropriate, also by the assisting third party, -subcontractors, associates; 6) Fiscal Attestation Certificate issued by the Financial Administration - Operators will submit these certificates during the evaluation as up-to-date supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the qualification criteria according to the information contained in the DUAE, and they must certify lack of overdue debts at the time of filingtora; 7) Fiscal attestation certificate. legal entities on local taxes and fees and other local budget revenues issued by the City Hall - operators will submit these certificates during the assessment as up-to-date supporting documents demonstrating that the qualification criteria are met, according to the information contained in the DUAE, saddle-indicates the absence of overdue debts at the time of their deposit. Note: Tenderers, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Note: The certificates required in this section may be presented in any of the following forms: original / legible copy with the reference "according to the original".in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the Contracting Authority, only by the bidders placed on the first three places in the classroomintermediary drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the tenders.
