CPV Description: Collection agency services. Settlement service and collection of the municipal tax on advertising and the law on public billposting and the public billposting service. The concession relates to:

The concession relates to:

a) the management, in the municipal territory, of the public billposting service, including the material affisposter, the management of the installations and the collection of the related right;

b) the voluntary and compulsory assessment and collection of the municipal advertising tax and the rights to public bill-posting.

With the present concession they are transferred to the winner of all powers and public functions related to the voluntary and compulsory collection of revenue described aboverites, with reference to the entitlement, direction and control of the proceeding; the winner will be the person entitled to issue the documents and activate the related precautionary and executive procedures, making use of the powers that the current regulations recognize to the municipality, whose powers are to be considered transferred and / or delegated to the awardee as a result of the concession itself .

According to dell'art. 170 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and of the art. 83, paragraph 4 of the same decree, the competitors must prove to have invoiced, in the three years prior to the expiration date of this call for tenders (2015 2016 2017), services similar to those of the sector subject of this procedure, an amount not less than 1 500 000 EUR.

In the case of a grouping of companies the requirement must be possessed by rgrouping as a whole. In any case, the agent must possess the requisites to a greater extent.

Pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, the offer must indicate the parts of the service that will be performed by the individual economic operators meeting or consortium members. 47 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 in the case of consortia.

The value of the asset based on dthe concession is established in the percentage of 20%.

Being activities that do not involve risks from interference as per art. 26, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 81/2008, the drafting of the Single Interference Risk Assessment Document is not due.
