The market consists of a joint services contract with 2 hospital public hospitals in Liege (CHR of the Citadelle and CHU Liege).

The purpose of the market is: recovery of hospital debts for a period of-48 months from the date of notification.

NB: the contract is cancellable by the contracting authority after 36 months by sending a notice 6 months in advance.

The market includes 1 single batch consisting of 2 posts:

- post n 1: recovery of claims with a principal amount of at least EUR 5.00, - item no. 2: recovery of claims from patients domiciled abroad from EUR 5.00 of principal.

1-only one lot has been foreseen to the extent that the value of the second post is anecdotal compared to the value of the first post and therefore does not justify the creation of 2 separate lots.

Even if the market as drafted is common, each institution will remain The two institutions will only have access to the files which concern them.

The tenderer produces the Single Document-market instrument, which consists of an up-to-date proprietary discount declaration which is accepted by the contracting authority as a priori evidence in lieu of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the applicant (1) is not in one of the situations of exclusion referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016;

2) meets the applicable selection criteria that have been established in accordance with Article 71 of the Law of 17.6.2016.

The DUME, whereby the tenderer declares that he satisfies the following selection criteria:

1) the financial and economic capacity of the supplier will be justified by:
