Collection agency services. 'assignment in concession of the service of compulsory collection of all municipal revenue notpaid on a voluntary basis, excluding the collection of advertising tax, public billposting and COSAP.

Provisional guarantee

The offer is accompanied by:

1) a provisional guarantee, as defined by art. 93 of the Code, equal to 2 (two) percent and precisely an amount equal to EUR 12, 000.00, subject to the provisions of art. 93, paragraph 7, of the Code;

2) a declaration of-commitment, by a bank or insurance institution or other person referred to in art. 93, paragraph 3, of the Code, also different from the one that issued the provisional guarantee, to issue a final guarantor guarantee pursuant to article 93, paragraph 8, of the Code, if the tenderer is entrusted. This declaration of commitment is not required for micro, small and medium enterprisesand companies and temporary groupings or ordinary consortia exclusively from the same constituted.

Final guarantee

To guarantee the payment of the sums collected and the fulfillment of contractual obligations and obligations, and request before the stipulation of the appropriate contract bank or insurance guaranty according to terms and methods indicated in art. 8 in the specifications, according to termini, modalita and prescriptions referred to in article 103 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. a) registration in the register kept by the chamber of commerce, industry, handicraft and agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for handicraft for coherent activities with those covered by this tender procedure or similar register of the country of origin for participants with registered office in one-State of the European Union by activity coinciding with that of the contract; the competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3, of the Code, presents sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established; for cooperative societies and request registration in the National Register of Cooperative Societiesand;

b) registration in the register of private entities authorized to carry out the activities of liquidation and assessment of taxes and those of collection of taxes and other income of the provinces and municipalities, referred to in Article 53 of Legislative Decree n . 446 of 1997, or be an operator of an EU member state that performs the activity of assessment and collection of taxes and other revenues;-in the latter case, it is necessary to present a certified copy issued by the competent authority of its State of establishment in which it must prove the existence of the requirement equivalent to that provided for by the Italian legislation of the sector.
