Ordinary management service, assessment with collection, also compulsory, of the tax revenue of the member municipalities of the union - CIG: 7579821A28

Awarding of the concession for the ordinary management service, assessment with collection, also compulsory, of tax revenue of the member municipalities of the union - CIG: 7579821A28.

Main Site: Municipalities of the union adecontracts (Comuni Buggerru, Musei, Fluminimaggiore, Narcao)

Assignment of the ordinary management service, assessment with collection, including the co-payment of municipal taxes of the municipalities belonging to the contract (municipalities of Buggerru, Musei, Fluminimaggiore, Narcao ). Specifically:

a) IMU;

b) TASI;

c) TARI;

d) advertising and public billposting (ICP-DPA);

e) Occupation Tax Suolo Pubblico (TOSAP).

Registration to the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture (CCIAA) territorially competent with a social object coherent with the object of the tender.

c) Registration in the register established by Ministerial Decree n. 289/2000 and provided for by art. 53 of Legislative Decree 446/97 of the subjects authorized to carry out liquidation and tax assessment activities and those for the collection of taxeshibuses and revenue of the provinces and municipalities, taking into account the provisions of art. 3 bis of the D.L. 40/2010 converted into Law 73/2010;

d) have not suffered operating losses in the last three years.

Have achieved in the last three years a global turnover, with reference to activities similar to the object of this concession, not less a 1 200 000, 00 EUR per year;

h) be in-possession of at least 2 (two) suitable bank references issued by credit institutions or authorized intermediaries pursuant to Legislative Decree 385/1993, certifying the firm's strength.
