Ordinary, assessment and collection, ordinary and coercive, of the tax on advertising, the rights on public bill and the fee for employment of spaces and public areas, comprised the service of attacchinaggio, of the attivita of liquidazione / accertamento of the IMU, of the tasi and of the TARSU / TARI for the annuals ascertainable - CIG 7515647C18

The competition has for object the following activities:

a) of the activities of ordinary management, assessment and collection, ordinary and coactive, of the Advertising Tax (ICP), of the Billboard Public Law (DPA), of the Occupation Fee of Public Spaces and Areas-(COSAP) including the service of attacchinaggio;

b) of the activities of liquidation and assessment of the income IMU, TASI, TARSU / TARI for the ascertainable annuals.

It also comes within the scope of this procedure the performance in the municipal territory of the public service billboards and the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the plants for the public billboards existing in the Comune di Formello.

Competitors for the purposes of participation in the competition must:

- be registered with the Chamber of Commerce for activities related to the object of the present competition or whose object in their Bylaws are the activities related to the object of the present tender; economic operators established in other Member States qualify by producing documentation in accordance with-current legislation in the respective countries,

- be registered in the register of private individuals authorized to carry out settlement and tax assessment activities and those for the collection of taxes and other income of the Provinces and Municipalities, as per art. 53 of Legislative Decree 446/97 and s.m.i. with share capital to the minimum extent required by art. 3 bis of the D.L. 40/2010, converted with Le73/2010, proportionate to the size of the entrusting Body. Operators of the Member States established in a country of the European Union who exercise the activities being tendered must submit a certificate issued by the competent authority of their State of establishment from which the existence of equivalent requirements to those laid down by thehours.

In order to guarantee a correct and effective management of the service, taking into account the organizational and operational complexity of the activities envisaged, the economic operator must have achieved, in each of the last 3 financial years 2015-2016-2017, an annual global turnover of EUR 1 000 000, of which EUR 500 000 in the activity area covered by the contract.
