This contract is considered in framework agreement with a single economic operator, all conditions defined.

Duration of the contract: 5-year framework agreement from the notification of the allocation to thesuccessful bidder.

The inventory includes the quantities presumed for the period covering the 5 years of the market. Orders issued before market date remain executable.

- Brugmann UH Site Brien rue du Foyer Schaerbeekois, 36 to 1030 Brussels,

- CHU Saint-Pierre Site Porte de Hal rue Haute 322 to 1000 Brussels,

- CHU Saint-Pierre Site C Paepe street of Alexiens, 13 to 1000 Brussels,

- Institute Jules Bordet Boulevard de Waterloo, 121 to 1000 Brussels.

Other sites may be the subject of placement of additional distributors.

- Relais Saint-Pierre kitchen, Rue Haute, 322 to 1000 Brussels (site linked to the coffee machines of the CHU Saint-Pierre (Porte de Hal and C. De Paepe) and the Institut Jules Bordet).

* The DUME, whereby the tenderer declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17 June 2016.

The DUME, by which the tenderer declares that he satisfies the following selection criteria:

1) an appropriate bank declaration drawn up in accordance with the model set out in Annex 11 to the AR of 18.4.2017;

2) proof of insurance covering occupational risks;

3) a statement concerning the overall turnover of the undertaking and the turnover of the area of activity covered by the contract, the last three financial years available according to the date of the creation of the undertaking or the beginning of the economic operator's activities, insofar as the-information on these sales figures are available.

Site visit required and not to participate in the visit of the site gives rise to the nullity of the offer:
