Open procedure for the assignment of the specialist assistance service for the preparation of the sustainability report of AMA S.p.A. years 2018-2019-2020.

The contract has as its object the assignment of the specialized assistance service for the preparation of the Sustainability Report of AMA SpA - years 2018-2019-2020.

Main Site: Rome. is about the service ofspecialized assistance for the preparation of the sustainability report of AMA S.p.A. years 2018-2019-2020, as better indicated in the tender regulations and related annexes.

Pena exclusion from the tender as essential elements of the offer, each competitor (single company / RTI / Consortium) must satisfy, also in accordance with the provisions of the tender regulations, the following conditionsions: a) registration for activities related to the supplies tendered in the Register of Companies or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the State of residence in the case of an EU State, in compliance with the provisions of art. 83 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

b) there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

Minimum levels of capacity possiblerequested entity: for each lot, under penalty of exclusion from the tender as an essential element of the offer, each competitor (single company / RTI / Consortium) must possess the minimum global turnover requirements as per point 7.1.2 of the Competition Regulations .

1) The supplementary provisions of this announcement - including the additional grounds for exclusion - are contained in the Disciplinary oftender and its attachments, which can be freely viewed and downloaded from the client's profile at the URL www.amaroma.it.

2) Also for the purposes of payment of the contributions due - pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 65 and 67, of the law n. 266/2005 - by the economic operators wishing to participate in the tender referred to in this announcement, the identification code of the tender (CIG) and the followingnte: 7515476EFA. The payment methods can be viewed on the website http://www.anticorruzione.it/portal/public/classic/Servizi/ServiziOnline/ServizioRiscossioneContributi.

3) All statements, under penalty of exclusion, must be drawn up and signed in accordance with for the effects of the DPR n. 445/2000, as well as enclose a photocopy of an identification document in progresssubscriber's fingers.

4) AMA S.p.A. reserves the right to:

a) proceed with the awarding even in the presence of only one valid offer, if deemed appropriate and convenient;

b) not proceed with the awarding, if no offer is convenient or suitable in relation to the contractual object;

c) suspend, redirect or not to award the procedure motivatedly;

d) do not stipulate the reasonablyContract even if the award has previously occurred;

e) proceed with the award procedure.

5) Competitors who have one of the grounds for exclusion pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and, in particular, pursuant to article 80 of said Legislative Decree.

6) Offers equal to or higher than the amount placed atand bids as well as incomplete, partial and / or conditional bids.

7) Abnormally low bids are identified and assessed on the basis of the provisions of article 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

8) Subcontracting is permitted according to the provisions of article 105 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

9) Information and clarifications on the tender documents can be requested, from Monday to Friday, preGeneral Management - PEC Purchasing Service at the address in point I.1), no later than the deadline of 25.6.2018.

10) The clarifications will be sent by e-mail to who, having downloaded the version electronic documentation of the tender, make explicit request by specifying the data necessary to allow the submission and will be published in electronic format-on the site referred to in point I.1).

11) It should be noted that, with reference to the Contract that will be signed with the contractor, the regulation on the traceability of financial flows pursuant to the Law of 13 August 2010, n. 136.

12) It is also specified that the contractor with whom the Contract will be signed, during the execution of the latter and throughout itsduration, must keep AMA constantly up-to-date in order to keep possession of the requisites required by article 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, as well as point 7.1.2 of the Competition Regulations.

13) The competitors, with the submission of offers, allow the processing of their personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, and of the EU Regulation no. 2016 / 679.

14) AMA does not take placevvale of arbitration clause which, therefore, is not contractually provided.

15) This procedure was authorized with determination n. 11 of 14.3.2018.
