Qualifying titles: the entrepreneurs who submit an offer must be registered in the list of electric power commercializing companies of the Commission. National Market and Competition, in the terms provided in the RoyalDecree 1955/2000, of December 1, in the corresponding geographical scope.

Description: the solvency required in the contract is the following: annual turnover in the area to which the object of the contract refers for the last 3 years available as a function of the dates of establishment or start of activities of the employer, which is will credit through your accountsapproved and deposited in the Mercantile Registry, if the employer was registered in said registry, and otherwise by those deposited in the official register in which you must be enrolled.

The individual businessmen not registered in the Mercantile Registry will credit their annual turnover through their inventory books and annual accounts legalized by the Mercantile Registry.

The annual turnover of the tenderer referred to the year of highest turnover of the last 3 completed should be at least 3 813 462.45 EUR. Foreign companies, must submit a declaration of submission to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals of any order, for all incidents that directly or indirectly may arise from the contract, with resignation, in its case, to the foreign jurisdictional jurisdiction that could correspond to the bidder.
