The subject of the contract is comprehensive cleaning of rooms in the building of the Polish Optical Internet Research Center (CBPIO) located at ul. Jana Pawła II 10 in Poznań, in accordance with the Employer`s requirements set out in Part IV of the ToR.

Comprehensive cleaning of premises in the Centr facilityPolish Optical Internet Research Agreement (CBPIO) located at ul. Jana Pawła II 10 in Poznań, POLAND.

1. Contractors may apply for the contract in accordance with art. 22 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law

2. The Awarding Entity will exclude Contractors who are subject to exclusion from the proceedings referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, subject to the provisions of Art. 24 paragraph 712 of the Public Procurement Law and pursuant to:

1) art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law;

2) art. 24 paragraph 5 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law

3. In order to confirm the lack of grounds for excluding the Contractor from participation in the procedure, the Awarding Entity requests the following documents:

1) information from the National Criminal Record in the scope specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 item 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the expiry ofthe deadline for submitting bids;

2) a certificate from the competent tax office head confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with tax payments, issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submitting bids, or another document confirming that the Contractor has concluded an agreement with the competent tax authority on repayments these receivables together with any interest or mushroomgrandmothers, in particular, obtained the exemption provided for by law, deferment or installment of overdue payments or withholding in full of the decision of the competent authority;

3) a certificate of the competent organizational unit of the Social Insurance Institution or Agricultural Social Insurance Fund or other document confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with paying for itemssocial security or health insurance contributions, issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submission of bids, or other document confirming that the Contractor has entered into an agreement with the competent authority regarding the repayment of these receivables together with any interest or fines, in particular, he obtained the exemption provided for by law, deferment or installment of overdue paymentsor suspending in full the decision of the competent authority;

4) an excerpt from the relevant register or from the central register and information on economic activity, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or the register, in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law;

5) the Contractor`s statement of the lack of issuing a final verdict to himthe eye of the court or the final administrative decision on arrears in the payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance contributions, or in the event of such judgment or decision of documents confirming the payment of such receivables together with any interest or fines or the conclusion of a binding agreement on the repayment of these debts;

6) Perform statementswcy about the lack of a decision against him as a preventive measure forbidding competing for public contracts;

7) the Contractor`s statement about belonging or not belonging to the same capital group; in the case of belonging to the same capital group, the Contractor may submit together with a declaration documents or information confirming that links with another Contractor do not leadto distort competition in the proceedings. Note: the Contractor shall make this declaration within the time limit specified in point I.6.3 of the ToR.

4. In accordance with art. 26 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity will call the Contractor whose tender has been rated the highest before submitting the order, to submit it within a specified time limit, not shorter than 10 days, valid as at the date of submitting declarations or supporting documents.fulfilling the conditions for participation in the procedure, the services met by the requirements specified by the Employer and no grounds for exclusion.

1. The Contractor is obliged to provide a security deposit of PLN 24, 000.00.

The security deposit must be paid for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid submission deadline. The bid bond should be brought to the Employer, i.e. to the Polish Institute of Bioorganic Chemistryj Academy of Sciences, 61-704 Poznań, ul. Noskowskiego 12/14. The bid security should be lodged before the bid submission deadline.

2. The bid bond may be lodged in one or several forms specified in art. 45 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law

3. Methods of paying the bid security:

a) the bid security deposit should be paid by bank transfer to the bank account of the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowegobranch in Poznań: 58 1130 1088 0001 3144 8520 0069 in such a time that it will be credited to the account of the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences at the latest until the deadline for submission of bids;

Note: The deposit in cash will be kept on the bank account of the Institute of Chemistry Bioorganic Polish Academy of Sciences.

B) in the case of a bid bond in other forumsmore than money, the Contractor brings them in the form of an electronic original of the wad document, i.e. bearing a qualified electronic signature of the persons authorized to issue it (issuers of the document) in a format enabling the Employer to read the document (the Employer does not allow the submission of a deposit document, e.g. in xml format), exposed to the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry P.Polish Academy of Sciences, ul. Noskowskiego 12/14, 61-704 Poznań, POLAND.

The content of the guarantee / surety should result unconditional, on each written request submitted by the Employer within the period of the offer, the guarantor`s obligation to pay the Employer the full amount of the bid bond in the circumstances specified in art. 46 section 4a and par. 5 of the Public Procurement Law

The bid bond must be sent to the Employer byed the deadline for submitting bids. The bid bond can be sent along with the offer (compressed into one file). If the Contractor sends a bid bond outside of the offer, e.g. by e-mail, it should be marked in a way that enables unambiguous assignment to the procedure.and the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center, or the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center, due to the fact that the legal personality has the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center is its organizational unit.

Note: If the offer is submitted by Contractors et alFor those applying for the contract (consortium), and the bid bond is lodged in other forms than transfer, the document confirming the payment of the bid bond should be issued to Contractors jointly applying for the contract (consortium), and therefore not only for one Contractor (i.e. member of the Consortium) and secure the offer submitted by Contractors applying for participationordering (consortium).
