The EconomicsBodies involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to carry out an activity related to the subject matter of the services. which are complied with in their State of establishment or satisfy any other requirementis set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the SDS . or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement proceduresThey are required to be registered in the respective professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE are required to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or Chamber of Commerce

With regard to economic and financial standing, economic operators are required under this exclusion procedure to have:

a)average specific annual turnover for each use related to the execution of works related to the subject matter of this notice, presenting published balance sheets or extracts of published balance sheets in the period 3 years 2016 - 2017 - 2018 of at least EUR 4 000 000, 00 .

(b) do not show any damage to any of the three (3) above uses (2016, 2017, 2018).

(c) a valid Liability Insurance Policy of at least EUR 3, 000, 000.00.
