The object of the contract is the cleanliness of buildings student and student accommodation facilities managementresponsibility of the INNEDIVIV, as well as the central services of the INNEDIV. [New Nursing Home (NTUA), Zografou Student Center (FEAZ), University of Athens Student Center (NTUA), Athens Student Center (NTUA) .), Structure of Agioi Anargyroi, Central Services of INEDIVIM, Student Center of ASPAITE, Student Center of Patras, Student Center of Kalamata].The contract is for the cleanliness of the management facilities of the Student and Student halls of INEDIVIM, as well as of the central Services of INEDIVIM. [New Nursing Home (NTUA), Zografou Student Center (FEAZ), University of Athens Student Center (NTUA), Athens Student Center (NTUA) .), Agioi Anargyroi Structure, Central Services I.NEDIBIM., ASPAATE Student Center, Patras Student Center, Kalamata Student Center].

The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to carry out an activity related to the subject matter of the services.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional orcommercial registers, maintained in their country of establishment or meeting any other requirement, are set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412 / 2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a State - member of the European Economic Area (EEA) .) or third countries that have joined the SDS. or third countries which do not fall under the former and haveconcluding bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures are required to be registered in the respective professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE are required to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or Commerce

With regard to economic and financial standing, for the presentcontracting process, economic operators are required to have: - (a) an average specific annual turnover, for each use related to the execution of works related to the subject of this notice, presenting published balance sheets or extracts of published balance sheets in 2016; - 2017 - 2018, at least equal to or greater than 4, 000EUR 000.00.

(B) not suffer any damage in any of the three (3) above (2016, 2017, 2018).

C) Liability insurance policy in force at least EUR 3 000 000.00.

(d) financial standing, by deposit of a certified credit institution certificate of creditworthiness of the undertaking, not less than EUR 2 600 000, 00.
