The subject of the contract is to provide cleaning services in cubature facilities and external areas PSG Sp. z o.o. Branch Gas Plant in Zabrze from 1.6.2020 31.5.2022

The object of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in cubature facilities and external areas of PSG Sp. z o.o. The Gas Plant Branch in Zabrze from 06/06/2020 31/05/2022

The detailed description of the subject of the contract contains the following attachments to the contract template:

- Annex No. 1 specifies the area and a description of the objectin,

- Annex 2 specifies the scope and frequency of cleaning services,

- Annex 3 sets out requirements for cleaning products. The Purchaser does not impose specific requirements in the fulfillment of this condition.

Having liability insurancecivil in the scope of conducted activity with a guarantee sum of at least 50% of the contract value or the maximum remuneration, if it is not fixed on a flat-rate basis, for an amount not less than 1 000 000 per individual event.

I. The Contractor, within 3 days of posting on the website "zamycji.psgaz.pl" in the said procedure, information aboutreferred to in art. 86 section 5 of the Act, provides the Employer with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in Art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the Act.

II. The Awarding Entity, before awarding the order, will call the Contractor whose tender has been rated the highest to submit it within a period not shorter than 10 days, valid as at the date of submitting statements or documents afteraffirmative circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 of the Act (section 8.13 of the Terms of Reference).
