Accommodation cleaning services

Cleaning Services - Psychiatry RSD

Cleaning Services at 6 locations under Psychiatry in the Region of Southern Denmark. Cleaning service includes ongoing interior room cleaning and cleaning-related service tasks as well as kitchen service in bed departments etc. The assignment is offered jointly for the locations covered.

Main Site: Esbjerg, Br0rup and Middelfart

Rendoing services in 6 locations under the Psychiatry in the Region of Southern Denmark. Cleaning service includes ongoing interior room cleaning and cleaning-related service tasks as well as kitchen service in bed departments etc. The assignment is offered together for the locations covered.

Cleaning service is currently performed by an external supplier (the scope of the offer is given in Appendix A to this extension).

Contract Appendix 3: Requirement Specification provides a detailed description of the tender offered

An applicant who is in one of the grounds for exclusion in Sections 135 and 136 of the Tendering Act will be excluded from the tender unless Section 138 of the Tendering Act applies.

However It should be noted that an applicant who has paid unpaid debts to public authorities in respect of taxes, duties orcontributions to social security schemes will only be excluded on this basis if this debt is DKK 100, 000 or more. 138 is applicable:

- Applicant has breached existing obligations in the environmental, social or worklegal area, cf. Paragraph 1 (1),

- The applicant is declared bankrupt or is under insolvency or liquidation proceedings or the like, cf. 2. Applicant must therefore declare that the applicant is not in one of the grounds for exclusion in accordance with the above. The declaration is made by completing the ESPD, Part III, sections A, B and C.

As far asApplicants / bidders can prove the proof in a service certificate. Service certificates are issued by the Danish Commerce Agency

If the applicant / tenderer is not from Denmark and the applicant`s / tenderer`s home country does not issue certificates or documents or does not cover all the cases mentioned in sections 135, 136 and 137, they can be replaced by a declaration under oath . No oath is used in this regarda declaration of faith and laws may be used instead in accordance with section 153 (1) of the Tendering Act. 2.

Documentation not to be covered by the exclusionary grounds (eg service certificate from the Danish Business Authority) must be a maximum of 6 months old from the deadline for tenders.

2) Under the item "Other economic and financial requirements", the applicant`s equity is stated in the most recently completed financial year. This tender is implemented electronically via the Danish Service Advisory Portal for electronic tender submission in the EUS Complete Tender Management (CTM System)at https://www.eu-supply.com/dsr.asp Applicants must register for the tender themselves and submit an application via the CTM System. Only applications received through the CTM System will be considered. Applicant must keep himself informed in the CTM system where question / answer is published.

Each applicant can only submit an application for pre-qualification.

In connection with the application for pre-qualification, the applicant must submit completed ESPD. system in the special ESPD function under "My Responses - ESPD".

Important: The contractor cannot read an ESPD xml file attached to the application other than in the special ESPD function under "My answers - ESPD". An applicant who attaches an ESPD xml file that the contracting entity cannot read will not be conditional.

Applicant must complete the ESPD in accordance with the instructions in the contract notice and in section 3 of the tender specifications and otherwise follow the instructions in the ESPD itself.

If an application is submitted by an association (eg a consortium), the application must be attached to a consortium declaration that all participants in the consortium are liablejointly for the performance of the contract and specifying a consortium participant with whom the contracting entity can enter into binding agreements on behalf of the consortium

It will be the overall suitability of the consortium being assessed in the suitability assessment. one of the undertakings of the Association shall be appointed a joint agentt, drawing all the companies in the association. Furthermore, the undertakings in the association must be jointly and severally liable for the fulfillment of the contract.

If no ESPD or consortium declaration with the required information is attached, the application will not be unconditional, but the assessment of the application will be based solely on the applicant`s competences and the information provided.

If the applicant is based on the capacity of other entities, the application must be accompanied by a declaration of support that these entities make available their resources to the contracting entity for the performance of the contract. with the suitability assessment, the overall fitness of the applicants and the supporting units will be assessed.

SafremIf the applicant is based on the financial form of his parent company, the applicant`s own financial form is not included separately in the calculation, since the applicant`s economic form is already recognized in the parent company`s accounting figures. but the assessment of the application will only be carried outbased on the applicant`s competencies and the information provided by the applicant`s ESPD.
