Ballerup Municipality is an independent municipal authority and provider and therefore enter into the Agreement on its own behalf.

Ballerup Municipality offers cleaning and window cleaningdaily daily cleaning and periodic window cleaning at 157 different locations such as primary schools, special schools, BFOs (school leisure schemes), day care centers, special institutions, residences, administration buildings, libraries, cultural houses, sports and swimming halls, care centers and the like. In a number of cases, there are 2 or more locations that are physically connected orThe tenderer who is subject to a compulsory exclusion reason, cf. Sections 135-136 of the Tendering Act, will be excluded from participation and will not be considered for the contract tendered unless the tenderer provides sufficient evidence that the tenderer is self-cleaning, cf. section 138 of the Tendering Act

Similarly, bidders who includeis based on the voluntary grounds for exclusion mentioned in section 137 (1) of the Tendering Act. Minimum requirement: Offeror have at least an annual general turnover of mDKK 65, 000, 000 in the most recently completed financial year. With regard to the financial ratios (such as the ratio of assets to liabilities) set out in the relevant notice, in the tender documents or in the ESPD, the economic operator declares that the actual values of the key figures requested are as follows: :

MinimumRequirements: The tenderer`s solvency ratio must be at least 5% in each of the most recently completed 3 financial years. The solvency ratio is calculated according to the following formula: Equity x 100 / Assets.
