Provision of cleaning and cleaning services for buildings and adjacent outdoor areas of non-working properties

The subject matter of the order is: Performing cleaning services for buildings and the environment as well as cleaning and maintenance of green spaces owned by PGNiG S.A. and real estate being a joint ownership of PGNiG S.A. and Polska Społka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. (cleaning office rooms, server rooms, telecommunications rooms, archives, handheld document storage, internal communication routes, ie corridors, staircases, staircases, basements and storage areas, sanitary rooms, social and utility rooms and kitchenettes, washing windows and glass facades cleaning the area around the buildingynku: external communication routes internal roads, pavements, squares, car parks, garage entrance, stairs; green lawns; cleaning the elevator and other activities indicated in the item description)

The Employer does not specify the condition for participation in the proceedings.

With the submission of a statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the Procedure - prepared according to the template constituting the ToR.

3. The Bid, together with attachments, is submitted by the Contractor via the Electronic Communication Module with Suppliers of PGNiG SA

4. The contents of the offer are the documents listed in point 12.6 SIWZ.

5. In the field ofFor reasons of exclusion, the Ordering Party will call Contractors whose offers will be evaluated as the most advantageous, to submit within the prescribed period, not shorter than 10 days, current submission subheadings, appropriate declarations or documents confirming no grounds for exclusion from the proceedings referred to in par. 5 points 1-9 of the Regulation on the types of documents that may be requestedEmployer from the Contractor in the proceedings for the award of the contract and indicated in the ToR.
