Providing regular cleaning work divided into one-time, regular and individual cleaning of internal spaces in the premises of the areaOf the rescue of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic at Opavska 771/29, 748 01 Hlucin, CZECH REPUBLIC, on working days

Basic eligibility

The contracting authority requires the contractor to prove the fulfillment of the basic capacity pursuant to Section 74 of the Act. the fulfillment of the conditions of basic eligibility in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting: a) the extract from the registerPenal registration in relation to - 74 para. 1 letter. a) the law; b) the confirmation of the relevant financial institution in relation to Section 74, Par. (b) the law, (c) a written declaration in respect of excise duty in relation to Section 74 (1) of the Charter. b) the law, d) a written declaration in respect of Article 74 (1) of the Act. c) the law, e) confirmation of the relevant district social security administration in relation to - 74paragraph 1, letter. (d) the law, (f) the extract from the Commercial Register or the filing of a written declaration on the honor, in the event that it is not registered in the Commercial Register in relation to Section 74 (1) e) Act

Professional competence

The Contracting Authority requires proof of professional competence pursuant to Section 77 of the Act. Employer proves the fulfillment of his / her professional capacity by submitting:
