Specialist floor maintenance
The municipality of Amsterdam wishes to conclude an agreement with a (1) contractor for the execution of specialist floor maintenance based on the principles of situational maintenance. The Contractor himself determines how often and in which way a floor is treated in order to comply with the prescribed quality pictureto meet. A Service Level Agreement forms part of the agreement. The maximum duration of the Agreement is four (4) years, consisting of an initial contract duration of two (2) years and two extension options of one year each.

The Facility Office is responsible for the procurement, the implementation of Agreements and the management of the Contractors in the area of facility management. In addition, the Cleaning department of Het FB also cleans various municipal premises or manages it.
Mission objective
=============
FB wishes to conclude a long-term agreement with met a (1) Contractor for the execution of specialist floor maintenance for the premises where the cleaning department carries out the regular cleaning or directs the cleaning activities. The intended Contractor takes responsibility for the Municipality for the specialist floor maintenance based on the principles of situational maintenance so that the floors arehave and maintain a constant and desired appearance. With situational maintenance is meant that the floors are maintained in a way where utility and necessity are decisive and not through a prescribed frequency. The Contractor himself determines how often and in which way a floor is treated in order to be able to meet the prescribed quality picture. A Service Level Agreement mis a part of the Agreement. The budget holder for this procurement trajectory is the Rve Bedrijfsvoering, in other words the Facility Office. The requester is the Cleaning department of the Facility Office. The lead buyer "facilitair" acts as the buyer.
Duration of the Agreement
=================
The initial term of the Agreement is 2 (2) years, with followed by two extensionsoptions of one (1) year each. The maximum term of the Agreement is four (4) years.
Contract Value
==========
The Contract Value is estimated at EUR 2 400 000 excl. VAT, calculated over the maximum duration (four (4)) year) of the Agreement. This estimate is based on a purchase volume of EUR 600 000 excl. VAT on an annual basis. This value is determined on the basis of historical consumption datas. This is an indication, no rights can be derived from this.

The floor treatments to be carried out include the following activities: • Scrubbing hard floors
• Spray / rub hard floors;
• Stripping / preserving hard floors;
• Carpet cleaning soft floors;
