On the possible requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of the exercise of an activity in Austria as well as on the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 expressly hingewiesen. Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 oblige applicants or tenderers resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and having to obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualifications to carry on business in Austria directed procedure as soon as possible, at least aber before the expiry of the offer period.
