Cleaning services at all premises of the Brukenthal National Museum, for a period of 2 years, according to the specifications. 1: Non-compliance with the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement. The bidders / members of the association /the subcontractors / third-party supporters must not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement. The way to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement: The bidders / members of the association / subcontractors / supporters will complete the DUAE with information related to their situation. The supporting documents, which prove fulfillmentof those assumed by the completion of the DUAE, valid at the time of presentation (such as certificates attesting to the lack of outstanding debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.), for foreign economic operators, the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the organadministration, management or supervision of the economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), andrt. 171 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016, as well as any other editorial documents, as the case may be, shall be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up during the evaluation of the tenders. . 2: Bidders, third parties and subcontractors should not be found in previewed at art. 58 63 of the Law no. 98/2016. The Declaration of Liability for the Lack of Conflict of Interest, completed in accordance with the model provided by the Contracting Authority in the "Formulation" section, will be submitted by all bidders together with the DUAE.
