Subject of this announcement and the integrated cleaning service of station tracks, tunnels, platforms, pavement elevations, to be carried out through the uuse of specially equipped trains or suitably equipped work vehicles, both on the railway line of Ferrovienord branch Milan and on the branch of Iseo (BS).

Main Site: The entire railway network of the company branches of Milan and Iseo

1) competition does not provide for division into lots, as the total work is not divisible by type of intervention and location and is necessary, and, have a single coordination in the territory.

2) The award criterion will be that of the most economically advantageous offer (Article 95 of Legislative Decree 50/16) on the basis of the criteria: 30% economic offer, 70% technical offer . The criteria and sub-criteria are indicated in the Disciplinare di gara.

3) The offer must be sent to the address indicated in point 1 of this announcement, Ferrovienord - Ufthe Protocol, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, by the date specified in point IV.2.2) according to the procedures indicated in the Competition Regulations;

4) It is possible to obtain clarifications on this procedure by proposing written questions to be forwarded to the Head of the Procedure in the process of being entrusted exclusively to PEC at the address: acquisti.lavori.fnm@legalmail.it within-on 13.11.2018. Therefore, answers to the questions received after the indicated deadline will not be provided. The answers to the requests for clarifications and / or any additional substantial information regarding this procedure will be published anonymously on the website www.fnmgroup.it in the calls and tenders section and will form an integral part of the tender documentation.

5)-In terms of availing, the art. 89 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

6) Given art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and within the limits of the same are excluded applications in case of failure to comply with the requirements of the Code of Procurement and the Implementation Regulation as well as the implementing measures, as applicable to Ferrovienord ex art. 114 of Legislative Decree 50/16, and other provisions dthe law in force, as well as in cases of absolute uncertainty about the content or provenance of the request, failure to subscribe or other essential elements or in the event of non-integration of the package containing the offer or request for participation or other irregularities related to closure of the parcels, such as to suggest, according to the specific circumstances, that the principal was violatedconfidentiality of the tenders and in any case in which, after the preliminary investigation has been carried out, the competitor does not provide for the integration of the documentation, constituting such a circumstance the seriousness of the offer. 7) In compliance with the provisions of art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 50/16, the competitor must indicate, during the offer, the certified e-mail address for the municipalitiesthe fax number and the fax number for sending them. In the case of temporary groupings, EEIGs, aggregations of network companies or ordinary consortiums, even if not yet formally constituted, the communication sent to the agent is considered validly made to all the grouped, aggregated or consortium economic operators. In case of availing, the communication sent to the expertis intended to be validly rendered to all auxiliary economic operators.

8) Subcontracting is permitted with the modalities referred to in art. 105 D.Lgs. 50/16: (It is compulsory to indicate the number of subcontractors pursuant to article 105, paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree 50/16). In any case, the subcontracting part must not exceed 30% of the total contract amount.

9) Offers are not allowedincreasing. The award will also be made if only one valid offer is available, provided it is considered appropriate and convenient. B) Registration in the register of companies of the Chamber of Commerce or similar regisof the State of belonging (if a foreign entrepreneur) from which it appears that the company operates in a sector similar to that of the present call for tenders, by completing the form C.C.I.A.A. downloadable from the website: www.fnmgroup.it/bandi di gara. a) Overall minimum turnover for each year of the three-year period preceding the publication of the call for tenders equal to 2 times the estimated amount oftender, or EUR 2 000 000.00;

(b) Minimum turnover for similar activities for each three-year period prior to the publication of the notice of 1.5 times the estimated amount of the contract, ie 1 500 000 EUR.

1) As this is a contract that falls within the special sectors, this procedure is carried out pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 within the limits of the provisions envisaged and / or referred toin Title VI Capo I of the same as further articles from time to time expressly mentioned in the tender documentation. It is therefore noted, also in accordance with the Announcement by the ANAC President of 4.5.2016, that the Awarding Authority for the demonstration of the requirements for the successful tenderer will not operate through AVCpass.

2) Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR ), we inform you thatand the data communicated by competitors will be used only for the purpose of completing the tender procedure and will in any case be treated in such a way as to guarantee confidentiality and safe storage.

3) The Contracting Authority, in compliance with the provisions of art. . 1, paragraph 32 of Law 190/2012, will provide for publication on its institutional website delland information relating to participation matters relating to the execution of this procedure.

4) The costs for publication in the Official Journal of this call for tenders shall be reimbursed to the contracting authority by the successful tenderer within the 60 days from the award: end Ferrovienord will provide billing against the Successful Party and tathe invoices can be compensated with the payments due to the Successful Bidder for the execution of the contract.

5) The present call for tenders does not in any way bind this company which reserves the right to cancel the tender at any time, therefore the emergence of any rights and expectations of the candidates in this regard.

6) The Contracting Authorityit excludes candidates or competitors in the event of non-compliance with the provisions of current legislation, as well as the existence of the circumstances set forth in art. 80 D.Lgs. 50 / 16.

7) They constitute a further cause of exclusion: the useless expiration of the regularization period granted by the contracting authority pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 9; the existence of irregular personsnot essential as deficiencies in the documentation that do not allow the identification of the content and of the subject responsible for the same. Likewise, offers that do not comply with the requirements of the tender documents whose observance is envisaged will also be excluded. 6 (six) months from the deadline for the submission of tenders without Ferrovienord upgradingstatement, the tenderers and Ferrovienord can be considered free from any commitment. Ferrovienord reserves the right to contact the first classified and, subject to possible updating of the price, invite him to confirm the offer submitted. In case of refusal of the first classified, the faculty reserves the right to turn to the second classified and, subsequently, to others in graduatoria.
