On the possible requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of doing business in Austria as well as the obligation pursuant to -- 20 and 188 (1) of the Federal Procurement Act2006 is expressly pointed out. Sections 20 and 188 (1) of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2006 oblige applicants or tenderers who are resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and have to obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualifications for doing business in Austria, a directed methodn as soon as possible, but in any case before the expiry of the offer period. For regulated trades (- 94 of the Trade Regulations 1994), reference is made in this regard to -- 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
