Activities / tasks / se carry out in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance № РД-02-20-19 of November 12, 2012 for maintenance and current repair of roads or at the request of the Contracting Authority depending on the weather conditions, the total volume not exceedingand the estimated value. If necessary, the Area Respondent / specific route / assigns the Contractor to the Contractor by email or fax. The contractor specifies the start time of the performance by email or fax. Upon completion of the work on the assignment, it informs the Contracting Authority of the completion time by email or fax. Acceptance is with a handover protocol signed by the person in charge of paradiseit / the route / for the Contracting Authority and the Contractor or its representative.

The Contracting Authority does not set eligibility criteria.

It is not required to prove economic and financial status. 54, para. 1 of the PPA, except in the cases of proving the lack of grounds for removal referred to in Art. 58 of the Public Procurement Act; in the presence of the conditions under Art. 5, para. 1, Item 3 of ZIFODRUPDRSL and Article 69 of the Law on Public Offering of Securities.

The participants must be acquainted with all instructions and conditions for participation, the documentation for the order is given. In preparing the offer, the tenderer must adhere exactly to the conditions announced by the Contracting Authority. The submission of a tender will be deemed the consent of the tenderer to all the requirements and conditions set out in the tender documentation, subject toof the applicable provisions of the PPL and the PDPA. One person may submit only one offer. A person who participates in an association or has consented to be subcontracted to another participant may not submit a separate tender. In a procurement procedure, a natural or legal person may participate in only one association. Affiliates may not be independent participantsi.

The documents related to the participation are submitted on paper in a sealed opaque package, which for each OP includes: Inventory of the submitted documents; EDED in electronic form; Proposal for execution of the contract; A price offer may not be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope according to Article 47 (6) of the PPPD in conjunction with Article 104 (2) of the PPA. If the tenderer applies for more than one OP, the Contracting Authority shall allow all EDEDs to be submitted in one suitable electronic medium.
