Cleaning of municipal buildings and vitrerie of the City of La Courneuve

This contract concerns the realization of daily cleaning services for buildings and glazing buildings belonging to the City of La Courneuve.

Main Site: City of La Courneuve.

This lot is about the cleaning of buildings.- a letter of application (or standard form DC1) stating all the members of the grouping and the rehabilitation of the common representative by its co-contractors, if the offer is not signed by all group companies,

- by each co-contractor, all the supporting documents listed in (a).

This framework agreement includes an insertion clause: at least 5% of working hoursThey should be carried out by a public encountering difficulties of professional insertion. Pieces of the offer:

- the commitment act and its professional insertion appendix, fully informed, and duly completed,

- the financial proposal of the candidate (DPGF and BPU),

- the technical brief justifying provisions that the `contractor proposes to adopt for the execution of the presimplementation and implementation of the insertion clause. The memory will also be accompanied by an intervention schedule for the recurrent sites (see the decompositions of the global price and lump sum),

- the descriptive sheet of the means implemented for the execution of the market,

- an example of a previous year`s training plan, - a risk prevention plan template, - the certificateessential.

Folders will be delivered only electronically. However, it is possible to send a backup copy according to the following modalities: this backup copy must be sent under seal and include the following:, name of the candidate.
