* The candidate submits the Uniform European Tender Document that they have filled in, which consists of an updated own declaration andat the request of the contracting authority as provisional evidence to replace documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties confirming that the candidate concerned fulfills all the following conditions:

2 he fulfills the applicationselection criteria as determined in accordance with article 71 of the law of 17-6-2016. * * By submitting a request to participate for this assignment, the candidate declares himself not to be in a state of exclusion, as referred to in articles 67 to with 69 of the law of 17-6-2016 on public contracts.
