Art.67 Financial and economic standing

Without prejudice to the provisions concerning the approval of contractors of works (if applicable), tenderers shall prove their economic and financial standing by submitting the following documents:

1 a statement concerning the total turnover and, where applicable, case, the turnover of the business activity that is the object of the assignment, ovnot more than the last 3 available financial years, depending on the start date or the date on which the 'Tenderer started his business, insofar as the relevant turnover figures are available. The minimum annual turnover in the field covered by the contract is EUR 500 000, - 2 proof of insurance against occupational risks. * The tenderer must provide the required bement documents to be added to the quotation.

Art. 68 Technical and professional skills

Tenderers demonstrate their technical competence and professional competence by submitting the following documents:

1 a list of at least 2 services that have been carried out during the previous period of a maximum of 3 years, stating the amount, the date and from public or private lawbodies for which they were intended,

2 a statement concerning the average annual manpower of the tenderer, and the size of the managerial staff during the last 3 years

The tenderer must add the required supporting documents to the tender. the quotation must be done electronically via the e-Tendering website
