Dairy and cheese purchases according to specifications of the product specification
Main Site: According to appendix no. 3 to the subsequent contract proposal and annex no. 3 to the specifications.
The dairy and cheeses purchase will be made according to the specifications of the specification and appendix no. 1 at the proposalshe will agree on a framework agreement
The subsequent contracts will be concluded according to necessities and availability: quarterly
The largest subsequent contract to be concluded is worth 525 485, 43 RON without VAT

Requested to all bidders that, with the submission of the DUAE, present the commitment of the third supporter (together with the accompanying documentsnt, transmitted to them by the third party / third party supporters, from which the effective manner in which the support will be materialized), the association agreement and the subcontracting agreement. The supporting documents proving the commitments assumed in the commitments / agreements will be requested only by the declared tenderer placed on the first place in the interim classification upon request of the contracting authoritye. Tenderers, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations referred to in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.
The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the economic operators participating in the award procedure will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.
The supporting documents proving the fulfillmentof those undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders.
These documents may be:
- certificates of absence of overdue debts taxes, duties or contributions to the general government budget (buget local, state budget, etc.) valid at the time of presentation,
- as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Public Procurement Law 98/2016, - other editorial documents, as appropriate.

Average annual turnover per the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) will be equal to or higher than 1 050 000 RON without VAT.
