Proof of public liability insurance covering up to EUR 2 000 000 for persons and property damage, or property damage up to EUR 500 000 per occurrence of damage by submission-a copy of the insurance policy or a corresponding confirmation by the insurer about the existence of the insurance. It is also sufficient if the tenderer submits a signed self-declaration with the offer, by which he undertakes, in the case of an award, to take out insurance meeting the above-mentioned requirements and to the client within 14 days-after submission unsolicited by presentation of a copy of the insurance policy or a corresponding confirmation of the insurer.
