"Supply of Feeds for the needs of South-West State Enterprise" The subject of the public procurement is the supply of feed for the needs of the Southwest State Enterprise DP. of the public procurement are defined in the technical specification - Part II of the documentation for participation, in accordance with Article 48, paragraph 1 of HMain site: Warehouses for storage of fodder for the territorial units of Southwestern State Enterprise, Blagoevgrad on request, where needed - The subject of the public procurement is the supply of feed for the needs of Southwestern State Enterprise (South West Africa). The required characteristics of the goods covered by the contract are specified in the technical specification- Part II of the documentation for participation, in accordance with Art. 48, para. 1 of the PPA

The estimated quantities over a period of 12 months are:

- maize - 212 000 kg,

- barley - 34 000 kg,

- forage wheat - 30 000 kg,

- juicy fodder (apples)

- fodder oats - 25 000 kg,

- beer pulp - 100 000 kg,

- roughage (hay) - 600 kg

The indicated quantities are estimated for the duration of the contract (12 months)the depositor reserves the right not to purchase them in their full volume. The specific quantities are determined according to the needs of the sponsor and within the financial security.

The participant is to be registered as a trader and transporter of feed under Regulation (EC) No 183/2005 on feed hygiene and feed law - Part IV, section A "Efficiency" of EEDOP.

1. Participantin the procedure should meet the requirements of Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The assignor has the right not to remove from the procedure the participant for whom the grounds under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, if it is proved that he has not ceased his activity and is able to execute the contract according to the applicable nationaland rules on the continuation of business in the country in which it is established. The participant should not be a person based on Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the related persons and their actual owners. The participant designated as the contractor shall submitto the contracting authority a guarantee to ensure the fulfillment of the public procurement contract. The amount of the guarantee is 3% of the value of the contract, net of VAT, with a term of validity of at least 30 (thirty) days after expiry of the term of performance of the contract.
