Open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for the assignment of the supply and installation of 2 new centrifugal electric pumps and extraordinary maintenance of the Torre sewage lifting system pipingdel Diavolo.

Supply and installation of 2 new centrifugal electric pumps and extraordinary maintenance of the Torre del Diavolo sewer lifting system. The starting price of the tender, of EUR 710 590.53, excluding VAT, is broken down as follows:

- EUR 565 200.00 for supplies (predominantly);

—145 390.53 EUR forr works attributable to category OS18-A, of which EUR 140 011.89 are subject to a discount, including labor costs of EUR 47 351.18 (subject to auction discount) and EUR 5 378.64 for security charges not subject to discount.

A) It determines to negotiate prot. n. 81171 dated 10.10.2019;

b) pursuant to dor assigned. 16 of the CSA, with reference to the supply of the electric pumps subcontracting is not permitted. For all other supplies and for the work portion the art. 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

c) and arbitration jurisdiction is excluded, the jurisdiction is that of Bari;

d) verification of anomalous offers pursuant to art. 97, Legislative Decree 50/2016;

e) the tender is subject to art. 137, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree. 50/2016;

f) the contract will be awarded even in the presence of only one valid offer, as long as it is considered appropriate and convenient pursuant to art. 97, Legislative Decree 50/2016;

g) and the contracting authority`s faculty not to proceed with the awarding of the tender if no tender is suitable or suitable in relation to the object of the contract, pursuant to art. 95, c. 12, Legislative Decree 50/2016;

h) the costs relating to the publication of the notice and the notices are the responsibility of the successful tenderer and must be reimbursed to the contracting station within 60 days of the award;

i) the contract will be entered into via electronic writing private pursuant to art. 32, c. 14, Legislative Decree 50/2016. Any costs related to the stipulation of the contractand to its possible fiscal registration will be charged to the successful bidder / contracting party;

j) pursuant to art. 29, Legislative Decree 50/2016, all the proceedings of the tender procedure are published and updated on the profile of the purchaser www.aqp.it, in the section;
