European open-ended tender for the cemetery service contract of the Municipality of Mesagne

Subject of this contract and execution throughout the municipal territory, of cemetery services as governed by Presidential Decree 285 of 10.9.1990, including the cleaning service, burial, burial, exhumations, excluding votive lighting that-remains managed directly by the municipal administration. For further information refer to the technical specifications for the execution of the service.

Subject of this contract and the execution throughout the municipal territory, of cemetery services as governed by Presidential Decree 285 of 10.9.1990, including the cleaning service, burial, burial, exhumations, excluding votive lighting that remains managed directly by the municipal administration. For further information reference is made to the technical specifications for the execution of the service.

A) legal form among those pursuant to art. 45, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 2016;

b) registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture for activities consistent with those-subject of this tender procedure; the competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3, of the Code, presents sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established;

c) for all economic operators: absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 2016 and s.m.i, declared as per discicall for tenders on the Single European Competition Document (DGUE); d) grounds for exclusion are set forth in art. 80, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree n. 50/16, relating to the natural persons referred to in paragraph 3 of the same article, currently in office; the grounds for exclusion referred to in paragraph 2 and paragraph 5, letters d), e), g), l) and m), as relevant and applicable, may refer to ao the subjects referred to in paragraph 3 of the same art. 80;

e) for the natural persons referred to in letter e), ceased to hold office in the year preceding the publication date of this call for tenders: absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 5072016;

f) absence of situations pursuant to art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree 165/01;
