Contract for cemetery services and cemetery maintenance in the Municipality of Vasto (CH)

The contract has as its object the execution of the mortuary necroforo and mortuary police service (burial, inhumations, estumulations, exhumations, translations, restoration of tombs, deadly reductions) and all the services and supplies necessary for the management and maintenance of services theremythical of the Municipality of Vasto, to be performed in the municipal cemetery. The services are described in detail in the special tender documents.

Main Site: Vasto (CH) - ITALY

The services requested, as an example but not exhaustive, are the following:

a) Cemetery operations and mortuary and police necroforo service mortuary (burial, burial, estumulations, exhumations, translactions, restoration of tombs, reduction of mortal remains) as detailed in the specifications;

b) opening, closing, custody and surveillance of the cemetery;

c) cleaning of all the premises of cemeteries, including the internal areas and cemeteries external appurtenances of the cemetery, including the cleaning and emptying of collecting wells and gutter channels for rainwater;the emptying and cleaning of drainage channels to ensure the correct functioning of the discharges of rainwater, removal of dried flowers, etc ..; d) collection and storage of cemetery waste; e) clearing of snow and ice from places of transit;

f) supplies of materials and equipment for the execution of the services and interventions envisaged in the specifications;

g) Maintenance and-care of the green in the cemetery and of the cemetery appurtenances;

h) any other Mortuary Police activity required by current legislation, municipal regulations and specifications;

i) mowing of public green areas according to the frequencies indicated in the specifications. CCIAA for the exercise of the activity subject to the contracted service or in a professional or commercial register of theo State of residence; b) registration, whether cooperative or consortium of cooperatives, also in the Register of cooperative societies and, if a social cooperative of type a) or b) or their consortia as per Law 8.11.1991, n. 381, also registration in the regional register of social cooperatives implementing art. 9 of the same law.

Deposits and guarantees required: provisional guarantee pursuant to art. 93, D.Lgs. n. 50/2016, EUR 5 453.64, in the form of a surety or security. For the forms, the reductions foreseen and the modality of release, please refer to the specifications of the tender.
