Daily delivery of ready meals for the needs of social establishments on the territory of the municipality of Pazardzhik
Main Site: The municipality of Pazardjik according to the list of social services establishments (Annex № 1)
Daily delivery of ready meals for the needs of social institutions in the territory of the municipality of Pazardjik.• The participants are registered by the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BCSA) for premises ("Mother Kitchen" catering), where the food for the respective lots is prepared according to the Law for the Food and Drug Administration. and meet the regulatory requirements of Ordinance No 1 of 26 January 2016 on the hygiene of food.-the participant shall provide a copy of the NVS certificate of incorporation valid at the time of participation in the present procurement
The participant must have an attempt to fulfill the order. Within the last 3 years from the date of submission of the offer, have completed at least 1 activity with an object identical or similar to the one of the contract.Large Critical Point Analysis and Control System - HACCP Food Safety Management System or equivalent. In case the participant is certified according to EN ISO 22000: 2005 or equivalent to an area of application providing catering, including food and food delivery, there is no need to have a certificate certifying that a HACCP system has been implemented.the Member State shall provide (state) in Part IV, Section D "Quality Assurance Schemes and Environmental Management Standards", of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP) information on the circumstances under point 2.3.1.2, a certificate stating that it has been implemented HACCP system or equivalent or certificate under EN ISO 22000: 2005 or equivalent to an area of application providesnot catering, including food and food delivery - Participants must hold a valid ISO 9001: 20XX quality management certificate or equivalent to a scope similar to the subject of the procurement (provision of catering, including food and food supply) issued in the name of the participant by an accredited institution or a quality management agencythat requirement
