Daily preparation and delivery of ready meals to provide breakfast for guestsand the "Shipka" Hotel, Sofia The estimated number of snacks is 13 600 (thirteen thousand six hundred) for 1 year

1. Participants should have a registered food production facility according to Article 12 of the Law for foodstuffs issued by the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BSA), the Regional Health Inspection (RHI) and / or the Regional Veterinary Service (RVS), and / orother applicable equivalent permits.

The required requirement is evidenced by a certified copy of the certificate of registration of the food production facility / premises available to the participant pursuant to Art. 12 of the Food and Drug Administration Act issued by NVSD, RHI and / or RVS and / or other equivalent valid permits or a publicly available, free of charge registry-to verify the requested data, which the participant, designated as contractor, submits before concluding the contract for the public procurement or in the cases of art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. When submitting a bid, participants declare compliance with this selection criterion only by filling in the relevant EEDOP section.

Participants should have achieved a minimum turnover in the scope of thethe contract, calculated on the basis of the annual turnover, during the last 3 (three) completed financial years, depending on the date on which it was created or started its activity.

The imposed requirement is evidenced by the documents under Art. 62, para. 1, item 3 and item 4 of the Public Procurement Act or a publicly available, free of charge register for the contracting authority to check the requested data that the participant designated forcontractor, submit before the conclusion of the public procurement contract or in the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. When submitting the tender, the participants declare the compliance with this selection criterion only by filling in the relevant section of EEDOP.

The documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the selection criteria set:

the annual financial statements or their components (balance sheet and), when publication is required or a publicly available directory free of charge for the requested data to be checked, - a turnover report in the scope covered by the contract for the last 3 (three ) completed financial years, depending on the date on which the participant was established or started its activity or indicated publicly-accessible, free of charge to the assignor register in which to verify the requested data.

In the procedure may participate a person who meets the requirements of art. 10, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and the requirements of the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, as well as in the presence of the grounds under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act. For a participant who-after the expiration of a term under - 14 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law no. 6 of the Transitional Provisions has been brought into compliance with the requirements of this Act, Art. 5, para. 1, point 3.

When preparing the offer, the participants must declare that the obligations related to taxes and social security, environmental protection, employment protection and working conditions are respected.
