The subject of the order is the provision of electronic meals, which do not have the character of the general payment means for the employees of the Slovensk- vodohospodarsk- enterprise, state enterprise. Detailed inThe limitation of the subject of the order is given in Priloha. no. 1 of the tender documents - Description of the subject of the order and in Annex no. 2 Procurement - Proposals to the Framework Agreement.

Main Site: The venues for providing the subject matter of the order to the site specified in point VIII of the tender documents.of the employees of the Slovak Water Management Company, a state enterprise. A detailed definition of the subject of the order is given in Priloha. no. 1 of the tender documents - Description of the subject of the order and in Annex no. 2 Proposals - Proposals to the Framework Agreement.

There is a pre-requisite for the purchase of electronic meals for the duration of the framework agreement, j. 48 months is 2 948 000 pieces at a nominal value of 4, EUR 00.

A number of purchases of electronic cookbooks are expected for the entire duration of the framework agreement, j. 48 months is 1 442 552 pieces at a nominal value of 0.55 EUR

The amount of purchase of electronic meals is expected to be the total duration of the framework agreement, j. 48 months is 279, 468 units at a nominal value of EUR 0.25.

The Applicant must comply with the conditions of this Partunder Article 32 (1). 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended. If the applicant submits the offer in person or via the Post Office, the offer is deemed to have been delivered on the day of its receipt by the contracting authority(2) If necessary to clarify the information necessary for the preparation of the tender and for proof of fulfillment of the terms and conditions, any of the interested parties may request their explanation.3) Supply and other documents and documents in the public procurement procedure shall be submitted in the Slovak language. Also, by dividing it into parts (e.g., by delivery points), the set of potential bidders would be identical to the number of bidders without dividing the subject of the bid. In view of the above, the contracting authority has decided not to divide the subject of the bid and purchase the contract as a whole.
