Emergency service for the water emergency (ref APP_58 / 2018).

Open procedure procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, fully managed by electronic means, for the assignment of the water supply service for the municipalities managed by SMAT in situations of water emergency, divided into 2 lots:

The procedure is fully managed by telematic systems. The instructions for participation are given on the Competition Regulations.

Considering the standardized features of the service object of the contract, the awardfor each lot, with the criterion of the lower price pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i.

The offer may be submitted for one or both lots. Each company can win only one lot; the first classified company of a lot is not admitted to the next; if it participates in the next lot as a member of temporaries or ordinary consortia of competitors, the latter can not be admitted.

In the case of a single bid or a single participant, SMAT will be able to award both lots to the same bidder with technical and professional capacity to meet the required requirements with reference to both lots.

No increasing, partial and / or conditional offers are allowed.

SMAT si reserve the right to:

- not proceed with the award if no offer is convenient or suitable in relation to the subject of the contract,

- proceed with the awarding even in the presence of only one valid offer,

- suspend, re-link or not justify awarding the tender,

- not to enter into the contract, even if the award has previously been taken, and in the case ofof the checks on the successful tenderer, which in other cases in which there are justified reasons.
