The contract covers the following services:

The total estimated value (including options) is EUR 265 078, 88. The auction-based amount is EUR 132 539.44 (excluding VAT), broken down as follows:

- EUR 74 068.80 for the service referred to in point II.1.4.a);

- 23 440, EUR 64 for the service referred to in the previouspoint II.1.4.b);

- EUR 17 550.00 for the service referred to in point II.1.4.c);

- EUR 17 480.00 for the service referred to in point II.1.4.d above ).

Interference charges are equal to EUR 0.00 (zero euros).

A) legal form among those pursuant to art. 45, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions;

b) professional qualification requirements pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 1, -letter a), and art. 83, paragraphs 3 and 8, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions (see following point III.2.1)); c) general requirements and absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80, paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 5 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions.

A) with reference to the performance referred to in point II.1.4.a), and request registration in the Chamber ofTrade, Industry, Craft and Agriculture - CCIAA - ex D.M. 221/2003 for a classification band equal to at least the one in art. 8 of the aforementioned decree;

b) with reference to the provision referred to in point II.1.4.b), and request registration in the ordinary section of the Chamber of Commerce, pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions;

c) with rif the performance referred to in point II.1.4.c) above, and the registration in the National Register of Environmental Managers pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent amendments and additions, in category 4 and for an equal ranking, is required. at least at F;

d) with reference to the performance referred to in point II.1.4.d), and the registration in the National Register of Environmental Managers referred to inD.Lgs. 152/2006 and subsequent amendments and additions, in categories 4 and 5, both for a ranking equal to at least F.

a) will proceed to the awarding even in the presence of a single valid offer; the contracting authority has the faculty not to proceed with the award if no offer is convenient or suitable in relation to the subject of the contract;

b) any information, specificion, presentation of the documentation for admission and bid, modality of adjudication, are indicated in the Disciplinary of tender, an integral and substantial part of the present announcement, available, together with the models for declarations, with free access to the Internet referred to in point I.3), together with the documentation based on the tender;

c) in case of difformita between the requirements contained in the documents of the tender dossier and those contained in the tender specifications and in the present announcement, the latter will prevail; d) the contracting authority expressly reserves the right to revoke / cancel the procedure or modify the terms at any time, without this implying the possibility of any claim, claim, expectation, laughter(e) for the purposes of the formulation of the offer and optional visit of the places, according to the procedures described in the Disciplinary of competition;
