The Polygraphic Institute and Zecca of the State S.p.A. index pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 a call for tenders through an open procedure aimed at defining a framework agreement with a single operator for the assignment of the armed surveillance service, patrolling outside the plant and related appurtenances, transport and escort inside the plant and concierge service at the Poligrafico plant ofFoggia. The estimated amount for the duration of the contract is EUR 6 556 190, 40 (EUR two million five hundred fifty six thousand and ninety / 40) excluding VAT, plus EUR 406.52 (four hundred and six euros / 52) excluding VAT, not subject to discount, for reimbursement charges related to the measures to be taken to neutralize the risks of interference (DUVRI). The contracting station reserves the faculty, in limitations referred to in art. 63, paragraph 5, of the Code, to entrust the successful tenderer, during the following 2 years from the stipulation of the contract according to the provisions of the project underlying this contract for a duration equal to 12 months for an estimated total amount not exceeding 3 278 EUR 095.20 (EUR three million, two hundred and seventy-eight thousand ninety-five / 20) excluding VAT. For the purposes of art. 35, paragraph 4 of the Code, the estimated maximum value of the contract, for a total of 36 months and equal to EUR 9 834 692.12 (nine million eight hundred thirty four thousand six hundred and ninety two / 12) VAT not included.

Non-existence of the grounds for exclusion of `art. 80 Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i., of any other situation that determines the exclusion from tenders and / or the inability to contract withn the public administration, as well as the disqualification cause referred to in art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165 / 2001.

The tender procedure will be entirely managed on the electronic purchasing system of the Poligrafico accessible at www.eproc.ipzs.it, pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; to participate, the interested economic operators must therefore preventively and compulsorilyappropriately register on the portal www.eproc.ipzs.it according to the procedures described in the Tender Regulations. The duration of the contract may be extended, pursuant to art. 106, c. 11, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor. In this case the contractor will be required to perform the servicesions provided in the contract at the same prices, terms and conditions or more favorable for Poligrafico. The provisions relating to the method of presentation of the requested documentation, as well as the indications relating to the performance of the procedure, are contained in the notice and in the tender specifications to which reference is made. These documents are available in electronic format on the website www.eproc.ipzs.it in the section relating to the tender procedure. Any additional information and / or clarifications regarding the subject of the contract and / or the procedures for participating in the tender, may be requested using the appropriate tender section of the system for the tender in question. Requests, which must be made in Italian, must be received by 09/16/2019. Le opVirtual envelope openings may be followed by each participant in the procedure also by connecting remotely to the Poligrafico telematic purchasing system. The competitor agrees to receive communications pursuant to art. 76 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 in the specific tender notice section of the system for the tender in question, and indicates the alternative elected domicile forthe aforementioned communications in the case of unavailability of the system and in any case in any case in which the Poligrafico deems it appropriate. This call for tenders does not in any way bind the contracting station, which reserves the right at any time not to proceed with the procedure, to suspend it and / or cancel it or to extend the terms, without the competitors being able to advance any furtherna claim in this regard.
