Supply of liquefied carbon dioxide for the water station of the Bastide

This framework agreement is passed according to the procedure of the invitation to tender opened in accordance with the provisions Articles 67 and 68, 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement.

The provisions of this framework agreement concern the provision of-carbon dioxide liquefied for the drinking water station located at 11 avenue Marconi in Limoges.

The framework agreement also includes the letting of the tanks, in which is integrated an annual cleaning of the tanks in place. production of drinking water produces and distributes drinking water to about 200, 000 inhabitants. The supply of carbon dioxide is intended for the remineralisation of the water by injection of the Co 2 /chaux couple. Information concerning the legal status of the company as provided for in article 48 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets: CD 1 complete) letter of application.
