- of the collection and collection service of the values from 241 parking meters and 8 automatic pay stations used by AMTAB SpA inthe management of parking areas entrusted by the Municipality of Bari, - of the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance service to be carried out on n. 240 parking meters, of which n. 175 brand PARKEON model STELIO, and n. 65 PARKEON brand STRADA model, property of AMTAB S.p.A. and installed in the city of Bari,

- of the updating of the parking meters.

a) non-existence of the reasons for exclusionfrom participation in tenders in accordance with art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

b) registration in the registers of the C.C.I.A.A. of art. 83, co. 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for activities consistent with those covered by the contract; for companies not resident in Italy, the aforementioned registration must result from a special document which must attest the registration itself in a similar registrationor professional or commercial according to the legislation of the State of origin; c) registration in the Register of natural and legal persons who carry out the carriage of goods on behalf of third parties, as per Law 298/1974 and subsequent amendments;

d) be of which to the art. 8, co. 2, of the D.L. 25.9.2001 n. 350, and having communicated to the C.N.A.C. of which to the art. 3, co. 1, of the MEF decree of 04.21.2015.

e) minimum overall annual turnover in relation to each of the last 3 (three) financial years available of EUR 200, 000.00, excluding VAT; this requirement is required in consideration of the need of this contracting station to select economic operators who - in addition to being in possession of adequate prior and specific experience in the sector - also demonstrate concrete operational capabilitiesand adequate economic and financial reliability, in consideration of the entity, type and complexity of the services to be contracted out.
