Pre-qualification - KU Joint administration
University of Copenhagen, Joint administration (hereafter KU) applies per September 1, 2020, a canteen operator to handle the operation of the canteen at the address:
Agreement form
An operating agreement will be concluded where the University will pay a monthly grant.

Contract Length
A contract will be signed with the canteen operator for 4 years with the option of extending one year at a time - a total of a maximum of 2 years further. to be offered under Title III, Chapter 16 of the Procurement Act, on the procurement of social and specific services across thresholds
Organization of advertising process
Advertising is carried out as a limited tender with the possibility of negotiation and thus a 2-phase process. In Phase 1, the University will initially select the suitable companies that will be invited to submit tenders for the task under Phase 2.
In order to ensure effective competition for the task, the University intends to select 4 companies which will beThe tender will be negotiated during the tender phase in phase 2, as the framework for this negotiation will be described in more detail in the "Offer material" which will be sent to the pre-qualified companies at the start of phase 2. CO reserves the right to award the assignment in the light of the initial offers, as does the University of Copenhagenreserves the right to reduce the number of bidders that will be negotiated with.
Business transfer
The assignment is covered by the "Law on Employees` Legal Status in Business Transfer", cf. Statutory Order No. 710 of 20 August 2002.
Choice of future canteen operator
KU will award the contract tendered to the tenderer who has submitted the tender which shows "best relationship betweenprice and quality ", as the award criterion and associated weighted sub-criteria are described in more detail in the" Offer Material "document, which will form the basis for bidding for the pre-qualified companies in Phase 2.
Special requirements Ecology
It is a minimum requirement that the canteen operator can supply a minimum 30% ecology, painted in kg, from the start of the agreement.
Special requirements - education and practiceticking clause
It is a minimum requirement that the canteen operator ensures that at least 1 position used to fulfill this contract is filled with students.
Minimum requirement for the financial form:
- It is a minimum requirement that the applicant`s equity averages over the past 3 financial years is positive.
