Ankestyrelsen - Offering of canteen operation 2018

The above re-auction of canteen operation is carried out by Servicemaegleren A / S on behalf of the National Board of Appeal.

The tenderer must download and complete the uploaded ESPD document, cf. Section 148 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 1. Upon application, we prefer that the ESPD document be forwardeds as xml file and not as pdf file. Tenderer must deal with and answer all the items in Part II "Information about the economic operator", including information on patent use of subcontractors (ESPD, Part II, Section D). By ticking in "yes" for the use of subcontractors (ESPD, Part II, section D), separate ESPD is required for subcontracting. Selling-shall relate to and respond to all of the items in Part III, sections A and B and C, concerning grounds for exclusion in Article 57 (1). 1, 2 and 4. Section D must not be completed. The tenderer must also answer the following in Part IV "Selection criteria": "A: Suitability", all items must be answered. Description and minimum requirements: The following items must be answered: Part IV, Section B: Economic and finansiel form. The following information is required: Please state the last 3 years turnover (total and specific sales) and the last 3 years equity. Equity is disclosed in ESPD, Part IV, Section B, under the heading 0 Other financial and financial requirements. Please state the turnover figures and equity: If the turnover is for example DKK 100, 000, 000, please state thises as 100 000 000. If, for a valid reason, the economic operator is unable to provide the above, information about the company's financial and financial form must be entered in the form of financial information (ESPD, Part IV, Section B, item 4) . If the company has been in existence for 3 years, the corresponding information as mentioned above is enclosed, and in ESPD, Part IV, Section B, item. 3 is described, hvwreck the company was established. Information on relevant professional liability insurance with details of insurance sum and currency (ESPD, Part IV, section B).
