Catering - preparation and delivery of ready meals, in 3 lots:

Main Site: Day Care Center for Children with Disabilities, town of Kazanlak .

The food delivered to the DSP, Kazanlak, must meet the safety and quality requirements laid down in the European and nationalthe legislation, according to the need and the technical specification for approximately 245 foodstuffs for the duration of the contract

Apart from the grounds provided in Art. 54 of the PPA, the contracting authority will remove from participation in the procedure and participant for which the following is present: is a registered company in a jurisdictionwith a preferential tax regime and / or a related entity with a company registered in a preferential tax jurisdiction and / or part of a civil partnership / consortium participating in the present proceedings in which a company registered in a preferential tax jurisdiction within the meaning of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with Companies Registered inpreferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, unless it falls within the exceptions of Art. 4 of the ZPHODRUDTRTLTDS; declared insolvent; or is in bankruptcy proceedings; or is in liquidation; or has concluded an out-of-court settlement with its creditors in the sense of Art. 740 of the Commerce Act; ceased activityyours; or is a foreign person and is in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure under the law of the State in which he is established; has entered into an agreement with other persons for the purpose of distortion of competition as established by an act of a competent authority; proved to be guilty of non-performance of a public contract or a works concession contractlump sums resulting in its early termination, payment of benefits or other similar sanctions, except where the non-fulfillment affects less than 50 per cent of the value or the volume of the contract; any of the persons who represent it, the members of the governing bodies, the supervisory authorities as well as the persons exercising control over the decision-making with these bodies has attempted to:is the decision on the part of the contracting authority relating to removal, selection or award, including the provision of false or misleading information or information which may give him an unjustified advantage in the tendering procedure.
