The purpose of this contract is the supply of a telephone reception service for users and subscribers of the public drinking water service of the Regie des Eaux de Montpellier Mediterranee Metropole, as well as related services.

The purpose of this contract is the provision of a telephone reception service for users and subscribers of the public drinking water service of the Regie des Eaux de Montpellier Mediterranee Metropole, as well as related services.

The market is divided into 3 phases:

1) the project phase (including the training of the staff of the centercall) which starts on the date of notification of the market until 31.1.2021;

2) the operational phase, (service of telephone reception including on call if applicable) which starts from 1.1.2021 until 31.12 .2022, ie an initial duration of 2 years renewable under the conditions defined in the market;

3) the reversibility phase is included in the operational phase. She can be retacitly conducted, under the conditions defined in the market.

The conditions of participation and the criteria for the selection of candidates are defined in the consultation regulations.

The contracting entity may decide to award the public market on the basis of initial offers without negotiation, in accordance with article R. 2161-23 of the public procurement code.
