Delivery of door-to-door sales for the business market of the trade management

This service involves sales to professional customers of the business market of the EDF business management.

Main Site : The place of performance of the service takes place on the sites of the DCR of lot 1, indicated in appendix 1 of the specifications.

Lot 1 covers 2 commercial directionsRegional iales: West and North West.

The candidate will have to cover all the geographical zones or prospecting zones corresponding to the 2 DCRs of this lot 1.

Each sector is composed of one or several cities of Metropolitan France (Cf. cahier Annex 1 charges)

As an indication, the estimated value for this lot 1 is of the order of 38100 contracts.

The candidate must provide a declaration.on the honor date and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition to tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a consortium and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present.be an extract from the relevant register, less than 3 months old, such as a Kbis extract, or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the applicant's country of origin or establishment. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a grouping candidate,

- if the candidate is in receivership, it dproduce a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced to justify his ability to continue his activities during the period of execution of the contract. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by the members concerned of a candidate group,
